REPORTS

Reports are released only during regular business hours. Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Policy of LCSO-If your name is on a report you may have (1) copy at no charge. If your name is not on a report and the report is releasable there is a $10.00 charge for each request. Check or Money Order is accepted with picture ID. Picture ID is required to pick up any report.

CIVIL PROCESS

Civil papers from any Court/Circuit Clerk can be served by the Sheriff's Office for the following fees:

(1) For serving every summons , capias, scire facias, attachment, writ of garnishment, writ of injunction, or subpoena. $50.00

(2) For serving a writ of
execution. $120.00

(3) For serving each order, notice, or rule of any
court. $50.00

(4) For serving each notice to
vacate. $30.00
